A deluxe set of the "HG 1/100 VF-31F Siegfried (Messer Ihlefeld's Unit)" is now available, which includes a special acrylic stand and water-slide decals!
This model kit set includes an acrylic stand and water-slide decal of Kaname Buccaneer, featuring a newly drawn illustration by Chisato Mita (CAPCOM), the original character designer for "Macross Delta." The back of the acrylic stand has an illustration of her from behind printed on it. The kit adopts a "shortcut change" system that simplifies the transformation sequence by using interchangeable parts in some areas. This achieves the ease of assembly, wide range of motion, and refined form of each mode that are characteristic of the HG series.
The proportions of each form and the aircraft-like details are reproduced. The rear container, gun pod, and arm-mounted mini-gun pods can be reproduced in both their stored and deployed states. The cockpit is recreated and a pilot figure is included of Kaname seated in a two-seater (with helmet on).
